In light of the upcoming extreme heat forecast for Thursday, August 24th, Groot will begin the weekly refuse, recycling, and landscape collection, one hour earlier (6:00am).
This adjustment will help Groot complete the pickups before the peak heat of the day, ensuring the safety of their drivers and the prompt collection of waste.
Refuse and recycling carts, including landscape waste, should be placed at their usual location no later than 6:00am on Thursday, August 24th.
